The Exhibition titled White Heat offers a space for discourses of social, political and cultual concern.
「ホワイトヒート」と名付けられたこの展覧会では社会的、政治的、そして文化的関心を論じるためのスペースを提供しています。
見る人により色々な受け取り方ができ、論議を醸し出すようなテーマを表現した作品が集められていて、近年の陶芸の歴史の中でもひときわ強い存在感を放っています。
今回展示される作品たちは実用とはかけ離れていますが、作家それぞれの想いや強く意図するものが感じられ、表現の手段としての陶器を存分に楽しめる展示会となりそうです。
